General About the Case
What is mycelium leather?
Think of it as nature’s fabric — strong, flexible, and entirely sustainable. Mycelium leather is grown from the root structure of mushrooms and plant-based polymers. It’s softer than animal leather, tougher in use, and carbon-negative in production — absorbing more CO₂ than it emits.
Which iPhone models do you support?
We offer cases for iPhone 13–17. Cases for upcoming models are ready at launch, so you won’t have to wait.
How protective is the case?
It’s drop-tested to 8 feet (2.5 meters) and reinforced with an internal shock-absorbing frame — always protective, never bulky.

Function & Compatibility
Is it MagSafe-compatible?
Yes. CarbonFlip Origin works seamlessly with MagSafe chargers and accessories, so you can snap, charge, and go without removing your case.
Will MagSafe work with the leather surface?
Absolutely. The magnetic alignment and wireless charging performance are unaffected by the mycelium leather.
Will the case make my phone heat up?
When your phone is under heavy use — gaming, video recording, or fast charging — you may notice the case feels warm. This is normal and shows its good thermal conductivity, helping your phone release heat faster and stay in peak condition.

Sustainability & Materials
How sustainable is the case?
The mycelium leather core is carbon-negative in production, and the structural parts are made from 100% GRS-certified recycled plastic.
Does it contain plastic?
Only in the structural parts — made from 100% GRS-certified recycled plastic for durability. The outer surface is entirely mycelium leather.
What about the packaging?
Every case arrives in a reusable pouch made from reclaimed cotton, housed in a recyclable paper box — no single-use plastic, designed to live on or return to the cycle.

Care & Use
How should I clean the case?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged soaking. Over time, it will develop a natural patina that adds character without losing protection.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes. The surface is treated with an invisible, eco-friendly coating that repels water and resists stains — spills bead up and wipe off easily.
Will there be any small imperfections?
Each case is hand-finished. Minor variations along the edges are a normal part of the crafting process and do not affect quality or performance.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by location, and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. You can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
