Founder's Letter

When I looked at the dozen printed phone cases lying in my drawer, I realized that having “more options” had only led me to cheaper decisions—and an emptiness that endless change could never fill. I wanted to escape this cycle of fast fashion.

What I actually needed was something simple—something I could live with for a long time. A small object that slowed me down, brought me back to touch, back to the present.

I gave that feeling a name: Flipt—a flip not only of the phone in your hand, but of your own attention, away from the noise and back to conscious choice.

So we started with one humble goal:

to create a beautiful, long-lasting, environmentally responsible phone case that anyone could use every day.

To do this, we worked with advanced material labs to develop carbon-negative mycelium leather, and rebuilt our internal structure with recycled plastics, bringing together what we care about most: aesthetics, usability, and care for the planet.
